“Literature Review Pemberian Terapi Batuk Efektif Dengan Masalah Keperawatan Bersihan Jalan Nafas Tidak Efektif Pada Pasien Dengan Tuberkulosis”

Latar Belakang : Tuberkulosis merupakan penyebab utama kematian akibat penyakit menular. Indonesia menjadi negara terbesar ketiga dengan 2,8 juta penderita (World Health Organization, 2018). Angka kejadian tuberkulosis di Jawa Tengah mencapai 23.919, sedangkan penderita tuberkulosis di Kabupaten Banyumas 1.334 kasus (Dinkes, 2020). Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui keberhasilan pengaruh terapi batuk efektif dalam mengatasi masalah keperawatan bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif pada pasien dengan tuberkulosis. Metode Penelitian : Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan studi literatur untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh melalui penelitian dari tiga jurnal. Hasil : Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa pemberian terapi batuk efektif berpengaruh terhadap pengeluaran sputum pada pasien dari sebelum dilakukan terapi batuk efektif hingga setelah dilakukan terapi batuk efektif. Nilai rata-rata terapi batuk efektif dapat berpengaruh dalam pengeluarkan sputum yaitu 78% efektif dan 22% tidak efektif. Berdasarkan penelitian dari ketiga jurnal tersebut terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok intervensi batuk efektif terhadap pengeluaran sputum (p<0,01) artinya ada pengaruh terapi batuk efektif terhadap pengeluaran sputum pada pasien dengan tuberkulosis. Kesimpulan : Pemberian terapi batuk efektif berpengaruh untuk mengatasi masalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif pada pasien dengan tuberkulosis.

"Literature Review of Providing Effective Cough Therapy with Nursing Problems Airway Clearance Ineffective in Patients with Tuberculosis"

Background : Tuberculosis is the main cause of death from infectious diseases. Indonesia is the third largest country with 2.8 million sufferers (World Health Organization, 2018). The incidence of tuberculosis in Central Java reached 23,919, while tuberculosis patients in Banyumas Regency had 1,334 cases (Dinkes, 2020). Objective : To determine the success of effective cough therapy in overcoming the problem of ineffective airway clearance in patients with tuberculosis. Research Methods : The research method used is data collection using descriptive analysis and literature study to analyze data obtained through research from three journals. Results : The results of the discussion showed that giving effective cough therapy had an effect on sputum production in patients from before effective cough therapy was carried out until after effective cough therapy was carried out. The average value of effective cough therapy that can affect sputum production is 78% effective and 22% ineffective. Based on research from the three journals, there were significant differences between the intervention groups for effective coughing on sputum production (p<0.01), meaning that there was an effect of effective cough therapy on sputum production in patients with tuberculosis. Conclusion : Giving effective cough therapy has an effect on overcoming the problem of ineffective airway clearance in patients with tuberculosis.
