Latar Belakang : Menurut data tabulasi Departemen Nasional Kesehatan Republik Indonesia tahun 2016, tindakan operasi masuk urutan ke 11 dari 50 pola penyakit di Indonesia. Sebesar 12,8% dan 32% tindakan operasi mayor, 25,1% keadaan jiwa, 7% kondisi cemas. Kecemasan merupakan kondisi seseorang merasa tidak aman,biasanya pada pasien yang akan melakukan operasi. Akibatnya pasien merasa stress sehingga tingkat kecemasan meningkat. Metode efektif dalam mengurangi tingkat kecemasan adalah komunikasi terapeutik. Komunikasi terapeutik merupakan interaksi perawat dan pasien yang bertujuan menyembuhkan kondisi pasien. Tujuan : Mengetahui adanya hubungan komunikasi terapeutik dengan tingkat kecemasan pasien pre operasi. Hasil : Jurnal pertama, hasil uji statistika didapatkan hasil p = 0,005 < α=0,05 diartikan terdapat hubungan antara komunikasi terapeutik dengan tingkat kecemasan pasien pre operasi. Jurnal kedua menggunakan uji statistic pearson chisquare diperoleh nilai p-value = 0,027 < α = 0,05. H0 ditolak diartikan terdapat hubungan antara komunikasi terapeutik dengan tingkat kecemasan pasien pre operasi. Jurnal ketiga hasil uji chi square menunjukan nilai p-value = 0,000 < α = 0,05, H0 ditolak diartikan terdapat hubungan antara komukasi terapeutik dengan tingkat kecemacan pasien pre operasi. Kesimpulan : Ketiga jurnal dianalisa peneliti membuktikan bahwa komunikasi terapeutik berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kecemasan pasien pre operasi.

Background: According to the tabulation data of the National Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2016, the operation ranks 11th out of 50 disease patterns in Indonesia. 12.8% and 32% major surgery, 25.1% mental state, 7% anxiety. Anxiety is a condition of a person feeling unsafe, usually in patients who will have surgery. As a result the patient feels stressed so that the level of anxiety increases. An effective method in reducing anxiety levels is therapeutic communication. Therapeutic communication is the interaction of nurses and patients aimed at curing the patient's condition. Objective : Knowing the relationship of therapeutic communication with the level of anxiety of preoperative patients. Result : The first journal, the results of statistical tests obtained results p = 0.005 < α=0.05 means there is a relationship between therapeutic communication and anxiety levels of preoperative patients. The second journal uses a pearson chisquare statictic test to obtain a value of p-value = 0.027 < α = 0.05. H0 rejected means there is a link between therapeutic communication and the anxiety level of preoperative patients. The third journal chi square test results showed the value of p-value = 0.000 < α = 0.05, H0 rejected interpreted there is a relationship between therapeutic commumutation with the level of patient's preoperative kecemacan. Conclusion : The three journals analyzed by researchers prove that therapeutic communication affects the anxiety levels of preoperative patients.
