“Literature Review Hubungan Pengetahuan Mengenai Deteksi Dini Kanker Payudara Pada Wanita Usia Subur dengan Perubahan Perilaku Periksa Payudara Sendiri (SADARI)”

Latar belakang : Kanker payudara merupakan ancaman serius dan menakutkan bagi kaum perempuan. Data yang diperoleh dari IARC kanker payudara adalah suatu kanker dengan presentase menurut umur tertinggi 43,3% dan mengakibatkan kematian 12,9%. Kasus kanker yang tertinggi di Indonesia adalah kanker payudara sebesar 16,7% dari total 348.809. Salah satu metode untuk mendeteksi dini kanker payudara yaitu dengan pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) yang sangat bermanfaat bagi para wanita usia subur. SADARI dapat mengetahui kelainan payudara sedini mungkin dan lebih cepat mendeteksi kanker payudara stadium dini.
Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja putri tentang deteksi dini kanker payudara melalui SADARI.
Metode : Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan analisa deskriptif dan studi leterature.
Hasil : Pada jurnal I mayoritas memiliki pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 77 orang dengan didominasi bersikap positif sebanyak 44 orang dan bersikap negatif sebanyak 33 orang. Dan pada jurnal II didapatkan bahwa mayoritas berpengetahuan baik dengan jumlah 39 orang dimana didominasi dengan sikap negatif sebanyak 24 orang dan 15 orang bersikap positif.
Kesimpulan : ada hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja putri tentang deteksi dini kanker payudara melalui SADARI.

“Literature Review of Knowledge Relationship Regarding Early Detection of Breast Cancer in Women of Childbearing Age with Behavioral Changes in Breast Self-Examination (BSE)”

Background : Breast cancer is a serious and frightening threat for women. Data obtained from the IARC breast cancer is a cancer with the highest percentage according to age 43.3% and resulted in 12.9% death. The highest cancer case in Indonesia is breast cancer with 16.7% of the total 348,809. One method for early detection of breast cancer is breast self-examination (BSE) which is very beneficial for women of childbearing age. BSE can detect breast abnormalities as early as possible and more quickly detect early-stage breast cancer.
Objective : To determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of young women about early detection of breast cancer through BSE.
Methods : The data collection method used descriptive analysis and literary studies.
Results : In journal I, the majority had less knowledge as many as 77 people with a positive attitude dominated by 44 people and 33 people having a negative attitude. And in journal II it was found that the majority had good knowledge with a total of 39 people which were dominated by a negative attitude as many as 24 people and 15 people with a positive attitude.
Conclusion : there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of young women about early detection of breast cancer through BSE.
