“Literatur Review Pengaruh rebusan rosella terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi”.

Latar belakang: Tekanan darah atau hipertensi merupakan suatu peningkatan tekanan darah sistolik 140 mmHg dan distolik mencapai 90 mmHg. Tekanan darah tinggi sering kali mengakibatkan kondisi yang membahayakan jiwa, karena tanda – tanda yang muncul dari hipertensi sering tidak membuat penderitanya mengalami keluhan. Ada dua cara pengobatan hipertensi yaitu pengobatan secara farmakologis dan non farmakologis. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi tekanan darah yaitu dengan mengubah pola hidup seperti melakukan aktifitas fisik seperti olahraga dan pengobatan herbal salah satunya dengan mengonsumsi kelopak bunga rosella.
Tujuan : Tujuan dari karya tulis ilmiah yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian rebusan rosella terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi.
Metode: Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan pra eksperimental dengan rancangan One Group Pre Test dan Post Test Coding.
Hasil : hasil uji analisa Wilcoxon signed rank test di dapatkan hasil nilai p value= 0,001pada tekanan darah pre-test dan post-test yang artinya nilai p<0,05.
Kesimpulan: Adanya pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pemberian rebusan rosella terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi.

"Literature Review of the Effect of Rosella Stew on lowering blood pressure in hypertensive patients"

Background: Blood pressure or hypertension is an increase in systolic blood pressure of 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure reaching 90 mmHg. High blood pressure often results in life-threatening conditions, because the signs that arise from hypertension often do not make sufferers experience complaints.There are two ways of treating hypertension, namely pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment. One way that can be done to reduce blood pressure is by changing lifestyles such as doing physical activities such as sports and herbal treatment, one of which is by consuming rosella flower petals.
Objective: The purpose of scientific writing is to determine the effect of giving rosella stew on reducing blood pressure in patients with hypertension.
Methods: The data collection method used pre-experimental with One Group Pre-Test and Post-Test Coding designs.
Results: the results of the Wilcoxon signed rank test analysis showed p value = 0.001 on pre-test and post-test blood pressure, which means p <0.05.
Conclusion: There is a significant effect of giving rosella stew on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients.
