Latar belakang : Hospitalisasi adalah suatu keadaan krisis pada anak, saat anak sakit dan dirawat di rumah sakit. Lingkungan perawatan rumah sakit dapat menimbulkan rasa sakit dan kecemasan pada anak. Terapi bermain merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang baik untuk mengatasi cemas anak yang dirawat di rumah sakit, sehingga dapat mempercepat proses penyembuhan sakit pada anak. Tujuan : Mengetahui pengaruh terapi mewarnai gambar terhadap kecemasan ajibat hospitalisasi pada anak usia prasekolah. Metode : Desain penelitian literatur riview dengan jurnal penelusuran ilmiah pra-experiment dengan pendekatan one-grup pra-post test design. Hasil Ulasan Literatur : Hasil dari kedua jurnal di dapatkan tingkat kecemasan anak sebelum di berikan terapi mewarnai gambar dari sedang sampai berat, sedangkan setelah di berikan terapi mewarnai gambar tingkat kecemasan menjadi sedang. Kesimpulan : Ada pengaruh terapi mewarnai gambar terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan pada anak usia prasekolah.

Kata Kunci : anak prasekolah, hospitalisasi, kecemasan, terapi mewarnai gambar.

Anxiety Levels in Preschool Children Due to Hospitalization”

Background : Hospitalization is a crisis condition in children, when the child is sick and hospitalized. The hospital environment can cause pain and anxiety in children. Play therapy is one of the good activities to overcome the anxiety of children who are hospitalized, so that it can accelerate the healing process of illness in children. Objective : To determine the effect of picture coloring therapy on anxiety about hospitalization in preschool age children. Methods: Research literature review design with pre-experimental scientific research journals with a one-group pre-post test design approach. Literature Review Results: The results of the two journals obtained the level of children's anxiety before being given coloring therapy from moderate to severe, while after being given coloring therapy the level of anxiety became moderate. Conclusion : There is an effect of image coloring therapy on reducing anxiety levels in preschool age children.
