xv+27 Halaman + 3 Tabel + 2 Gambar + 6 Lampiran

Noni is a tropical plant that is used as food and herbal medicine. Noni fruit can lower blood pressure because it contains active ingredients, namely scopoletin which can reduce peripheral resistance and xeronine works as a diuretic so that it can increase volume of urine excretion. Purpose: So that the author is able to review the Effect of Giving Noni Juice on Blood Pressure Reduction in Hypertensive Patients. Methods: Journal 1 the method used is one-group pre-post test design and non-equivalent control group pre-test and post-test design. Literature review results: the results of the first journal obtained the average systolic blood pressure between before and after administration of noni juice of 24 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure before and after administration of noni juice was 11 mmHg and in the second journal the average results were obtained after and prior to therapy, the client's blood pressure was 10.26 mmHg. Conclusion: there is an effect of giving noni fruit juice to decrease blood pressure in hypertensive patients.
