“Pengaruh Inisiasi Menyusu Dini Terhadap Penurunan Tinggi Fundus Uteri Pada Ibu Postpartum”

Latar belakang : Masa nifas merupakan keadaan dimana mulai kembalinya organ tubuh yang berkaitan dengan proses melahirkan yang ditandai dengan keluarnya plasenta, dan berlangsung selama 40 hari. Involusi uterus merupakan proses kembalinya uterus atau rahim pada keadaan semula seperti sebelum hamil. Dengan dilakukannya inisiasi menyusu dini, ketika bayi mulai menghisap payudara ibu maka akan membantu produksi hormon oksitosin yang berlebih sehingga timbul kontraksi pada payudara sehingga dapat memicu adanya kontraksi pada otot-otot polos rahim sehingga dapat membantu proses involusi uteri. Metode : Menggunakan metode penelitian studi literatur atau literature review menggunakan jurnal-jurnal penelitian. Tujuan : Mengetahui pengaruh inisiasi menyusu dini terhadap penurunan tinggi fundus uteri. Hasil : Pada jurnal 1 menunjukan adanya penurunan tinggi fundus uteri 2 jam postpartum dengan dilakukannya inisiasi menyusu dini pada kelompok kontrol yaitu sebesar 2,985 cm dan kelompok intervensi sebesar 3,485 cm. Sedangkan pada jurnal 2 menunjukan adanya penurunan tinggi fundus uteri 2 jam postpartum pada ibu yang melakukan inisiasi menyusu dini sebesar 2,31 cm dan yang tidak melakukan IMD hanya mengalami penurunan sebesar 0,30 cm. berdasarkan data diatas, inisiasi menyusu dini dapat membantu penurunan tinggi fundus uteri pada ibu postpartum. Kesimpulan : Adanya pengaruh inisiasi menyusu dini terhadap penurunan tinggi fundus uteri pada ibu postpartum. Tinggi fundus uteri pada ibu postpartum yang melakukan inisiasi menyusu dini mengalami penurunan rata-rata sebesar 2-3 cm perhari.

"The effect of breastfeeding initiation to the decreased uterine fundal height to postpartum"

Background: The postpartum period is a condition the organs of the body related to the give birth process begin to return, which is marked by the release of the placenta, and lasts for 40 days. Uterine involution is the process of returning the uterus or uterus to its back as before pregnancy. By doing early initiation of breastfeeding, when the baby starts sucking the mother's breast, it will help produce excess oxytocin hormone, causing contractions in the breast so that it can trigger contractions in the smooth muscles of the uterus so that it can help the process of uterine involution. Method: Using literature review method by the reaserch journal. Objective: Knowing the effect of breastfeeding initiation to the decrease in uterine fundal height. Result: Journal 1 shows a decrease in uterine fundal height after 2 hours postpartum with initiation of breastfeeding in the control group which was 2,985 cm and the intervention group was 3,485 cm. Meanwhile, journal 2 shows a decrease in uterine fundal height after 2 hours postpartum who initiate early breastfeeding by 2.31 cm and those doesn’t IMD only experience a decrease of 0.30 cm. Based on the data above, breastfeeding initiation can decrease uterine fundal height in postpartum. Conclusion: There is an effect of breastfeeding initiation to the decrease in uterine fundal height in postpartum. The height of the uterine fundus in postpartum breastfeeding initiation has decreased by an average of 2-3 cm per day.
