Abstract

ABSTRAK
Latar belakang : Hidup sehat bebas penyakit merupakan hidup yang didambakan semua orang. Tindakan untuk membantu mencegah risiko terjadinya penyakit adalah dengan melindungi diri dari ancaman penyakit (Adliyani, 2015). Salah satu penyakit yang termasuk dalam jenis penyakit non infeksius adalah hipertensi. Sering dikatakan bahwa gejala terlazim yang menyertai hipertensi adalah nyeri kepala (Padila, 2013). Peran keluarga saat anggota keluarga mengalami nyeri kepala akibat hipertensi adalah dengan mengetahui kondisi keluarga yang sakit, membantu mengatasi nyeri kepala dan memberikan perawatan dengan mengetahui cara yang bisa dilakukan dirumah untuk membantu meringankan nyeri yang terjadi pada anggota keluarga yang sakit. terapi nonfarmakologis untuk membantu meredakan rasa nyeri dengan menggunakan kompres air hangat. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui asuhan keperawatan keluarga dengan terapi kompres air hangat untuk mengurangi nyeri kepala pada penderita hipertensi. Metode : Studi kasus menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil : Dalam penelitian ini masalah manajemen Kesehatan keluarga tidak efektif dapat teratasi, keluarga dapat memahami tentang penyakit hipertensi dan cara penanganan gejala yang dirasakan yaitu dengan menggunakan kompres air hangat, keluarga dapat menerapkan terapi kompres air hangat dan didapatkan hasil penurunan skala nyeri dari 5 menjadi 2. Kesimpulan : Ada penurunan skala nyeri setelah dilakukan terapi kompres air hangat.

ABSTRACT
Background : Healthy living disease-free is a the life that everyone longs for. Action to help prevent the risk of disease is to protect yourself from the threat of disease (Adliyani, 2015). One of the diseases included in the type of non-infectious disease is hypertension. It is often said that the most common symptom that accompanies hypertension is headache (Padila, 2013). The role of the family when family members experience headaches due to hypertension is to know the condition of the sick family, help overcome headaches and provide care by knowing ways that can be done at home to help relieve pain that occurs in sick family members. non-pharmacological therapy to help relieve pain by using warm water compresses. Objective: To find out family nursing care with warm water compress therapy to reduce headache in patients with hypertension. Method : Case study using descriptive method. Results: In this study, the problem of ineffective family health management could be resolved, the family could understand hypertension and how to treat the symptoms felt by using warm water compresses, the family could apply warm water compress therapy and the results of the pain scale decreased from 5 to 2 . Conclusion: There is an influence on the decrease in the pain scale after warm compresses therapy.
